When the time came for a major upgrade, Radio 538 chose Microsoft solutions for two main reasons: (1) because they are covered through the Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA), and (2) the availability and effectiveness of training, both of which enabled the group to increase its productivity and seamlessly connect to the cloud.
